Adequate intracellular synthesis and metabolism are key factors involved in many pathological processes in the body.The synthesis and metabolism of intracellular substances require the consumption of sufficient intracellular energy and the production of reducing equivalents.ATP is the"energy currency"of cellular biological processes,while NADPH is the key electron donor to provide reducing energy for anabolism.Under pathological conditions,intracellular energy and reducing substances are deficient,and direct supply of exogenous ATP has little impact on cell metabolism,while exogenous NADPH supplementation is easily uncontrolled,resulting in the production of cytotoxic superoxide and imbalance of cell metabolism.Therefore,constructing a controllable and independent ATP and NADPH self supply system is of great significance for enhancing cell synthesis and metabolism.
